Law school = brain damage

Words I never used before law school but now use constantly and often gratuitously:

-Fungible
-Dispositive
-Litigation
-Subjective/Objective
-Disincentivize
-Precedent (I guess I used this sometimes before, but never quite as often)
-Prejudicial
-Exigency

...there are more...

K

(Studying Civ Pro like a fiend today - lots to memorize - brain is beginning to reject new information...)

It is not a matter of extreme exigency, but I believe that we should make plans for a trip to your home state.

If history serves as any precedent, we shall engage in a number of activities, most likely with your cousin, that may prove prejudicial to your family's reputation and/or may lead the fayette county sherrif to pursue litigation against all of us.

If I have somehow managed to disincentivize my proposal, think objectively about one of the more fungible delights we can enjoy - kolaches! However, perhaps a more subjective reason is in order - I'd love to see you guys!

So, in short, let's go to Texas for Thanksgiving!

Well spoken, Julian! Texas awaits...

Just think, K, you too will soon have your own time back! Good luck on your last exam of your first year!
