Hello, October

Wow, I suppose it's been over a month since my last post (why does this feel like I'm at confession?). Lots has happened since then, but nothing interesting enough to report. I've applied for several more jobs; I've received "thanks but no thanks" letters from a few dozen judges; Law Review work is ever-present, as are classes. I need to start outlining.

For Law Review, I'm still trying to push out the final publication that last year's board was supposed to publish. I really need to get that off my plate since I have two of my board's publications in the pipeline and I want to make sure all of Volume 39 comes out before we start publishing Volume 40. That's a lot of work/stress that needs to GO!

That's it for updates for now; it's all I'm thinking about. I'll write about my running schedule later, to change it up a bit, but that was all the time I had to blog, so I must leave.
